Clare is CIPD qualified, has over 15 years experience within Human Resources and is responsible for the development and delivery of the firm’s people strategy. Clare’s delights in nothing more than seeing talented people progress through the firm and is responsible for both our HR and Learning & Development teams. Clare works closely with our leadership team and our managers to ensure that our people are best placed to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives and are supported at every stage of their career with us.
