Bio

Rick concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, federal and state taxation, estate planning and probate. Rick also advises and assists clients with the formation and administration of trusts and estates, guardianship and conservatorships, charitable trusts, family partnerships and other transfers of wealth matters. Additionally, he represents taxpayers in state and local tax matters.
