Clients have described Lyndon as “a businessman who is also a lawyer.†For 30 years, he has served small and large businesses and helped business people with legal issues. He handles general corporate and commercial transactions, securities matters, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures (domestic and international), and a variety of other matters including executive compensation, corporate contracts, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and technology licensing. He has served colleagues as chair of the Securities Section of the Utah State Bar. As a lecturer and panelist at continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the Utah State Bar and others, Lyndon educates individuals starting businesses on the types of business organizations and the relative advantages and disadvantages of each and on various business and securities law topics. He has acted as a registered lobbyist to represent his clients’ interests before the Utah State Legislature. As a result of his membership on the Centerville City Planning and Zoning Commission and extensive business law background, Lyndon has expertise in representing clients’ zoning and planning interests before local governmental authorities.
