Greg Klenda is an attorney and member of the business section of Klenda Austerman LLC, where he has spent his entire legal career. He also serves as a member of the management committee at the law firm. Over the past 25 years, Greg has assisted buyers, sellers, private equity firms and public companies in the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Klenda knows that clients want a lawyer who appreciates the nuances of their business and the subtleties of their strategic transactions. He highly values the personal relationships he has built with his clients over the years, as a trusted advisor and outside general counsel. He listens to his clients and delivers practical and effective solutions tailored specifically to meet each client’s unique business needs. Greg devotes a substantial part of his practice to mergers and acquisitions, finance transactions, securities laws and general corporate matters. He has assisted companies in an array of finance transactions, including startup, mezzanine, commercial debt, angel and venture capital transactions, initial public offerings, and follow-on public equity and debt offerings. The services offered by Klenda are as diverse as his client base, enabling him to serve start-ups, entrepreneurs, middle-market companies and highly regulated entities. Greg is married and has three children. In his spare time, Greg enjoys time with his family and is an avid runner. He’s completed the Heartland 50-mile ultramarathon, the Flatrock 50K ultramarathon, the Prairie Fire Wichita marathon, the Rock On Lake Perry 50K trail ultramarathon, the Dallas White Rock marathon and several half marathons.
