Zsuzsa Csiki is a Partner in the Bucharest office and the head of the local M&A and Corporate practice. Zsuzsa also leads the financial regulatory, capital markets and TMT practices. Zsuzsa has over 14 years of experience in advising on the entire spectrum of private and public M&As: cross-border and domestic share deals and asset deals, business transfers, private equity transactions, public takeovers, mergers/demergers, restructurings and joint ventures. Zsuzsa has advised numerous high-value and high-profile deals in the agribusiness, IT, financial services, banking and automotive sectors. She is building up a strong reputation representing local entrepreneurs and private businesses in relation to investments by global corporates and investors, providing strategic advice on the deal process. Corporate clients and local entrepreneurs, both in the IT, agribusiness, automotive, retail and regulated sectors, also rely on her strategic acumen in structuring complex reorganisations and tackling complex corporate matters. Zsuzsa’s expertise also extends to financial regulatory and capital markets transactions, having orchestrated numerous change of control regulatory filings and lead teams and clients through robust regulatory requirements.
