Daniel Lichtl is a corporate/business/litigation attorney with extensive experience handling both domestic and cross-border transactions and litigations for clients in a wide variety of industry sectors. Mr. Lichtl focuses his practice primarily on corporate formation, business counseling, and general corporate matters. Mr. Lichtl has assisted clients in acquiring, financing and structuring industrial and agricultural developments. Mr. Lichtl has additionally handled numerous commercial transactions including the negotiation of share subscription agreements, stock purchase agreements, asset sale agreements and yacht/vessel purchases, financing and sale agreements.
