Calvin Jackson has over 30 years of experience representing individuals and entities in connection with a wide range of securities and corporate law matters, including private and public securities offerings, the purchase and sale of private businesses, and the structuring and negotiation of derivative transactions. Mr. Jackson has extensive experience in credit derivative and equity-based derivative transactions, including total return swaps and structured financing transactions covering private assets and restricted or concentrated positions in public equity securities. Mr. Jackson has represented many hedge funds and other private investment vehicles in connection with their securities and commodities trading activity.
