Bio

Joseph Boyle is a partner in the firm’s Parsippany office. He focuses his practice on class actions and commercial litigation including telecommunications litigation, attorney general and agency litigation, real estate litigation, toxic tort, creditors’ rights and products liability. Mr. Boyle routinely advises clients concerning consumer protection related issues including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and is handling major TCPA cases around the country.
