Emanuel Dettwiler has a broad and long-standing experience in national and international mergers & acquisitions, capital markets transactions (public takeovers, IPOs), corporate governance as well as corporate law and securities regulation. He also represents clients in proceedings before the SIX Swiss Exchange and the Swiss Takeover Board (TOB). Emanuel further advises in real estate matters and contract law. Thanks to his experience as former management consultant, he has a profound understanding of commercial matters and understands the real needs of demanding corporate clients.
