Daniel Emch practice focuses on competition and antitrust law, sector specific regulations corporate law, as well as on general commercial and contract law. Daniel Emch is the head of our competition law group. He acts as counsel in all kind of competition law matters and competition law procedures (cartel investigations, abuse of dominance, national and multi-jurisdictional merger control filings). He also represents clients in antitrust law matters before civil courts and arbitral tribunals. Daniel Emch is the author of various publications in the fields of competition and corporate law.
