Armin Kühne focuses his activities on legal advice to regulated financial institutes in the areas of asset management and banking law, insurance law, financial market investigation procedures and anti-money laundering law, whereby he looks at compliance with regulations, corporate law and contracts. A further focus of his practice is the clarification of financial market license requirements (e.g. crowdfunding). He has broad experience in conducting licensing applications and restructurings of financial institutions as well as in establishing investment foundations. In addition, Armin has assisted clients with numerous licensing procedures for Swiss and foreign collective investment schemes, expatriations and repatriations. He also provides legal advice in connection with organizational issues (internal control systems, risk management, compliance, corporate governance etc.), as well as in the elaboration and amendment of the internal regulations and contracts of regulated financial institutions.
