Bio

Andreas Güngerich is experienced in litigation, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law. He also advises and represents clients in matters of administrative law, particularly on issues of construction, procurement and expropriation law. Andreas Güngerich provides counsel and avidly represents clients before judicial and administrative authorities. He has experience on the panel of an appeal instance as a member of a sporting association. He regularly publishes and gives lectures in his areas of predilection. He is a member of the examination board for lawyers in the Canton of Berne. He is the co-author and joint editor of several commentaries on civil procedure law.
