Robert Housley practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies, venture capital firms and private investors in all aspects of corporate, partnership and securities laws. Rob has extensive experience advising clients on a wide variety of matters including, formation, equity structures, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity financing transactions, debt financing transactions, commercial transactions, public offerings, corporate governance matters and SEC compliance matters. Prior to joining Kastner Gravelle LLP, Rob was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Upland Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: UPLD). Prior to becoming general counsel of Upland Software, Inc., Rob was a corporate and securities attorney in the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P. C. and the Boston, Massachusetts office of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP. Rob received his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law. He received a B.A. in Economics (Concentration in Business Fundamentals) from The University of Texas at Austin.
