Evan Kastner focuses on corporate and securities law matters, representing entrepreneurs, emerging growth and public companies, and venture capital firms and private investors. Evan advises clients in a wide variety of start-up matters, venture capital financings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt financing transactions and corporate governance matters, and has assisted numerous public companies with public offering and SEC compliance and reporting obligations. Prior to co-founding Kastner Gravelle LLP, Evan was a corporate attorney in the Austin, Texas office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, P. C. and the Broomfield, Colorado office of Cooley LLP. Prior to attending law school, Evan was a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised clients in the technology and manufacturing industries. Evan received his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law, where he graduated with Honors, Order of the Coif and a Dean’s Achievement Award. He received a B.S. in Management Science and Mathematics (Concentration in Operations Research) from Southern Methodist University, where he was a J. Lindsay Embrey Engineering Scholar.
