Bio

Before joining JunHe in September 2003 Chen Yi was engaged in litigation and arbitration matters. Since November 2007, Ms. Chen has been working in JunHe as an associate and practices at the Beijing head office. Ms. Chen has nearly ten years of experience at JunHe. She has represented leading PE funds, leading Chinese state-owned enterprises as well as domestic and overseas private companies. She has mainly focused on domestic and overseas IPOs, bonds issuance, mergers and acquisitions, material assets restructuring, reverse takeovers and information disclosure of listed companies. She also has experience in private equity and general corporate matters, as well as foreign direct investments.
