Bio

Barry Ziker works on behalf of a wide range of clients on business and environmental matters. His practice includes representation of businesses on a variety of issues including their formation, equity and debt financing, contractual and employment relationships, divestitures and acquisitions. His experience as a business lawyer includes both private practice and serving as general counsel for an international telecommunications company. Barry also practices in the area of environmental law, with an emphasis on facilitating transactions involving the transfer and development of contaminated properties, and providing advice to clients on legal issues throughout the investigation and cleanup process. A graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Barry is admitted to practice in Washington and Hawaii.
