John Andrews joined the Corporate and Commercial Department of JMW in March 2021. John is an experienced corporate lawyer with a background in advising clients on buying and selling their businesses, business start-ups, fund raising and other general corporate advisory work. He has undertaken M&A work for a variety of businesses and individuals, ranging from listed companies to smaller owner-managed businesses.
