Yu Zhang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with bachelor degree in law. Before joining Jingtian & Gongcheng in 2012, he worked in Yingji Law Firm (Chengdu) and Young, Keen & Hua LLP for 5 years. Mr. Zhang becamea partner in 2016. Mr. Zhang specializes in securities, M & A, PE, real estate law, enterprise Restructuring and reorganization, liquidation and bankruptcy, litigation and arbitration. In the area of securities and financing law, Mr. Zhang has represented several companies in their IPO, NEEQ listing, public company purchasing projects, including Tibet Rongen Technology LLC, Chongqing Aogeng Technology Co.,Ltd , Sichuan Huanan Information Industry Co.,Ltd, Sichuan Haote petrol equipment Co.,Ltd, Chengdu Youlite Photoelectric Technology Co.,Ltd, Xian Aotong Telecommunications Technology Co.,Ltd, etc. Mr. Zhang also has extensive experience in the area of real estate law. He has provided a wide range of legal services such as due diligence, transaction structure designing, negotiation, legal document drafting, etc., for enterprises and public institutions to carry out land purchase, land consolidation, construction and real estate sale. His clients include famous companies such as Sichuan provincial Bureau of Sports, Sichuan Institution of Sports Technique, CRRC Ziyang locomotive LLC, China Southern Locomotive Meishan LLC. Mr. Zhang was admitted to PRC bar in 2007.
