Wenbo Lin graduated from Xiamen University with bachelor degree in law and Science, he then obtained LLM degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Jingtian & Gongcheng, Mr. Lin work with two Hong Kong law firms. Mr. Lin specializes in securities offering both in mainland and overseas, funds and PE, M & A. In the area of capital market and M&A, Mr. Lin has represented more than tens of companies in their IPO and M&A projects. Mr. Lin also has extensive experience in the area of PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for PE fund managers. Mr. Lin was admitted to PRC bar.
