Wei Quan graduated from Peking University Law Scholl with bachelor’s degree in 2008 and obtained LLM degree from New York University School of Law in 2015. Ms. Quan has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2020. Ms. Quan specializes in securities, funds and PE, M&A, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure, foreign investment, general corporate, intellectual property and entertainment law. In the area of capital market, Ms. Quan has represented several companies in their overseas or domestic listing and M&A projects, including Tenfu, Chow Tai Fook, 360 Security, etc. Ms. Quan also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. She has provided a wide range of legal services for investors and listed companies to carry out M&A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents and issuing legal opinions.
