Fan He graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with LL.M . Mr. He has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and was approved to be a partner by the firm in 2017. Mr. He specializes in securities, funds and PE, M & A, enterprises’ reorganization, restructure, liquidation, bankruptcy, protection of intellectual property rights, non-performing asset ,and litigation and arbitration. In the area of capital market, Mr.He has represented several companies in their domestic listing and the new third board (an over-the-counter market for growth enterprises) projects. Mr. He also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. He has provided a wide range of legal services for several institutional investor and company to carry out trans-border M & A or PE investment transactions, including conducting due diligence, designing transaction structure, participating in negotiation, drafting legal documents , issuing legal opinions ,and set up Investment Funds. His clients include famous companies such as CDB Root-Well Industrial Investment Fund Management Co.,Ltd, CCCC Fund Management Co.,Ltd ,etc. In the area of litigation and arbitration, Mr. He has represented in dozens of litigation and arbitration cases in a variety of industries. Mr.He was admitted to PRC bar in 2012. Mr.He's working languages are Chinese and English.
