Binhan Hu graduated from Peking University with bachelor degree in law in 2010 and University of Amsterdam with master degree in law in 2016. Mr. Hu has worked in Jingtian & Gongcheng since 2010 and is currently a partner of the firm. Mr. Hu specializes in securities and capital markets, foreign investment, M&A, China outbound investment, PE and VC, corporate reorganization and restructuring, etc. In the area of securities and capital markets, Mr.Hu has represented a number of domestic and overseas companies in connection with the public offering and listing of shares, bond offering, acquisition of listed companies, refinancing and other transactions, which cover industries such as manufacturing industry, culture and media, IT, hospital and medicine, game, education, real estate, banking, and catering industry. Mr. Hu also has extensive experience in the area of M&A and PE financing. He has acted as legal advisor for domestic and overseas investors in a number of M&A and PE transactions and also provided legal services for enterprises in their financing transactions. Mr. Hu was admitted to PRC bar in 2013.
