Peter H. Rosenbaum concentrates in corporate transactions and counseling, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. In the area of mergers and acquisitions, he has represented public and private companies in a wide range of industries and an array of transaction structures. His securities practice centers on securities compliance matters and capital raising transactions. Mr. Rosenbaum assists his clients with structuring, negotiating and executing a variety of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, special situations and series investments. In addition, Mr. Rosenbaum has provided pro bono assistance to a number of charitable and educational organizations, including Expanded Mental Health Services of Chicago, the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights, the Scott S. Cowen Institute for Public Education Initiatives at Tulane University and the American Association of Rhodes Scholars. Outside of work, Peter enjoys tennis, basketball and college athletics.
