Martin C. Glass is co-chair of the firm’s Cross-Border Transactions Practice and is currently serving on our Management Committee. He counsels US and foreign companies in a wide array of transactional matters. For over 20 years, Mr. Glass has focused on complex M&A and securities transactions. Domestic and foreign companies and their boards, as well as private equity funds, family offices, and investment banks, seek his assistance with structuring and negotiating public and private mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, SPAC transactions, public securities offerings, proxy contests, and other highly complex corporate transactions. Mr. Glass also regularly counsels clients on continuous reporting and corporate governance requirements under the US securities laws and the rules of the NYSE and NASDAQ.
