Kevin T. Collins represents companies in the life sciences, food, chemical and technology sectors. Clients seek his counsel in connection with SEC registered and privately placed equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnering and licensing transactions, corporate governance matters and securities law compliance. Mr. Collins is co-chair of the Corporate Practice, co-chair of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Practice, and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities Practices. In addition, Mr. Collins was named a Law360 MVP for capital markets in 2016 and has been recognized for mergers and acquisitions by New York Super Lawyers from 2014 to 2017.
