Jeremy A. Casper is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department. He concentrates on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions and private and public securities offerings and other transactions. Mr. Casper has significant experience advising public and private clients in mergers and stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures. He also has conducted a variety of securities offerings and other transactions, including public debt and equity offerings, private placements, exchange offers and spin-offs. In addition, he regularly counsels clients regarding Exchange Act periodic reporting requirements and proxy statements, as well as joint venture transactions, venture capital transactions and corporate governance matters.
