Jason M. Casella focuses his practice on corporate law. He represents both private and public companies in a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, corporate governance matters and securities compliance. Mr. Casella has vast experience in public offerings and private placements of securities, mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, and private equity and venture capital transactions for a variety of national and international corporate clients in various industries. He also advises clients on commercial transactions, corporate governance matters, securities compliance and disclosure issues. Mr. Casella is a member of the firm’s Corporate, Food and Beverage, Japan, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Securities Practices. In 2014, he was named a “40 Under 40 Award” winner by The M&A Advisor in the Legal Advisor category. Mr. Casella has also been mentioned in Euromoney’s IFLR 1000 listing of the world’s leading lawyers and recommended in The Legal 500 United States.
