Mariëlle is a corporate law partner. Mariëlle advises private equity investors, companies, family offices and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, restructurings and other corporate matters. Mariëlle also advises companies with financial problems. Mariëlle is very experienced in private equity and venture capital transactions. Providing well-founded advice is what she considers the most satisfying part of her job. “It has to make sense technically, but it also involves negotiations and managing processes. In addition, you always keep an eye on those aspects that a client might overlook.” Before founding JanssenBroekhuysen Advocaten in April 2006, Mariëlle worked as a lawyer at Allen & Overy.
