Daksh Ahluwalia practice covers diverse areas of general corporate commercial and mergers & acquisition. He is particularly known for his work in real estate regulatory matters. Daksh has advised clients on a variety of corporate law issues including inbound and outbound investment, joint ventures, and acquisitions of private and public companies in India. Daksh joined the firm as an associate twelve years ago. In 2013, Daksh completed his LL.M. as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar from Columbia Law School, Columbia University (CLS). After his graduation from CLS, he re-joined JSA. Recently, he also served as the Co-Chair of the Law and Justice Committee of the PHD Chambers. In April 2021, he completed the Harvard Negotiation Master Class by the Harvard Law School’s Program of Negotiation.
