Matthew is a corporate partner, and has been with Ince & Co since 2011. Matthew advises on international and domestic M&A, joint ventures, restructurings and investments. He acts for clients in a variety of industries and has a particular focus on those in transport and technology. Clients range from UK start-ups to global conglomerates. In addition, he is an expert in UK inward investment, advising overseas companies on setting up and doing business in the UK including advice on corporate structures, employment, trade mark protection, contractual arrangements and related areas.
