Practicing law since 1997, Richard Pearlman focuses on banking and corporate law, including regulatory matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance, and corporate law. He has experience in balancing the bank regulatory, securities law, corporate governance, financial, and business aspects of a variety of transactions for clients. Prior to forming Igler|Pearlman, Richard practiced with a regional law firm. Prior to that, he worked with George Igler at a boutique banking and securities law firm. Before beginning work with George, he practiced at a law firm in Tampa, specializing in commercial real estate transactions and land use law. Richard’s clients include public and private community banks and bank holding companies.
