Kaila's practice focuses on business and corporate law matters. She handles general corporate transactions and assists with mergers and acquisitions. In addition to her experience reviewing and drafting corporate agreements and governance documents, Kaila has broad-ranging legal research and writing skills. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Kaila was an extern at the United States Attorneys Office for the District of Nevada.
