Jake is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group, focusing his practice on a variety of legal and business matters for closely held and publicly traded entities across several different industries, including manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, and emerging technologies. Jake has a wide array of experience in transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, tax planning and compliance, audit defense, and reverse tax audits. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Jake served as a tax consultant for a large international CPA firm working regularly with Fortune 500 companies to address their business needs.
