Bio

Mr. Brennan concentrates his practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and general corporate law. He has represented both public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, from automotive to emerging technology. Mr. Brennan is a founder and current board member of Grow Michigan, LLC and Grow Michigan II, LLC–mezzanine/sub-debt funds created to provide growth capital to small and mid-size Michigan-based businesses. He is also a founder and board member of FreightVerify, Inc., a technology-based transportation logistics service provider. Mr. Brennan has served on other numerous for-profit and nonprofit boards, including Big Boy Restaurants, SpeedConnect, A3 Integration (technology-based logistics business), and the Downtown Detroit Partnership.
