David Edelblute is a highly experienced attorney and lobbyist, with a focus on representing businesses and advocating for their interests at all levels of government. David's experience working in federal and local government provides his clients with a unique perspective to forming strategies necessary to achieve his clients' goals. David has represented a range of corporate clients from the largest, public Fortune 500 companies to local small businesses in all aspects of a business lifecycle: formation; licensure; strategic planning; compliance; litigation; mergers/acquisitions; and dissolution. His clients are heavily concentrated in highly regulated or privileged licensed industries such as banking, construction, cannabis, gaming, liquor, real estate, and healthcare. David also spends a significant amount of personal time serving his community. He is a federal appointee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Nevada Advisory Committee, a trustee to the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Foundation, a member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce's IMPAC board, a committee member for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce's state legislative committee, and the Secretary to the Las Vegas Chapter of The Federalist Society.
