With an extensive background as in-house counsel, Mr. Benson brings a pragmatic business-related mindset to the practice of law. His broad based legal, transactional, and business management experience spans several different industries, both domestic and international. Mr. Benson regularly represents manufacturers and distributors of gaming devices, casino/hotel companies, and technology companies, which spans from Fortune 100 companies to small privately held entities. He concentrates his practice in the areas of public and private equity matters, gaming law and compliance, intellectual property, technology licensing, internet businesses, traditional and new media, real estate, and real estate finance.
