Bio

Ali is a member of the firm’s Business & Corporate Law Group. He represents a wide variety of clients – from small, family-owned companies, to multinational, publicly-traded corporations – in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. Clients rely on Ali for his problem solving and legal drafting abilities. He draws on his practice experience resolving commercial disputes, as well as his prior experiences at the Federal Trade Commission (Bureau of Competition), the U.S. Attorney’s Office (Forfeiture and Financial Litigation Unit), and the U.S. District Court (Chambers of the Hon. George Caram Steeh), to help clients understand risk and succeed in contentious negotiations. Ali is a true team player and understands the importance of collaboration. To ensure that clients receive the best representation, Ali coordinates with other members of the Howard & Howard team with expertise in Real Estate, Intellectual Property, Labor and Employment, and Litigation.
