Tracy Jacobson practice spans the full range of transactions, from mergers and acquisitions to divestitures. She has significant experience helping clients manage risk and complex compliance issues as they grow through acquisition in heavily regulated spaces such as health care and data privacy. Prior to joining HMB, Tracy served as in-house counsel to a series of multi-site health care companies, both publicly traded and privately held. Most recently, Tracy was Chief Legal and Compliance Officer to a leading private equity backed health care company. She likewise either directly led or acted as the chief legal partner to the human resources function at the companies she counseled. As outside general counsel, Tracy advises clients on day-to-day operations, human resource and employment related issues and strategy to help businesses maximize opportunities for long-term growth.
