Renee Rossi works with a wide range of clients including startup and early-stage companies, venture capital and private equity funds, privately-held companies and professional investors. Prior to joining HMB, Renee advised businesses and family offices on capital structure and transactional legal issues, including venture capital investments, private equity transactions, debt offerings, joint ventures, commercial contracts, M&A and SEC compliance matters.
