Jenna Stein represents a wide range of clients in the real estate industry, including commercial property owners, developers, investors, lending institutions, landlords and tenants. She partners with clients at all stages of their real estate projects, from structuring transactions to acquiring, leasing and developing property. Working with entrepreneurs, owners and investors in the restaurant and hospitality industries, Jenna partners with clients to help raise capital for their corporate and real estate projects. As in-house counsel at a finance company, Jenna advised senior management on both transactional and litigation matters with respect to credit transactions and related compliance. Her corporate experience working in-house helps her to understand the issues that are more important to her clients so she can quickly and efficiently provide a path forward.
