Andreas Muller practice focuses on public and private mergers & acquisitions, private equity and capital markets. He also advises on matters of corporate governance and executive compensation, as well as corporate law and securities regulation. He heads the Employment and Executive Compensation team, and is the chair of the editorial board of a legal periodical on corporate and capital markets law (Schweizerische Zeitschrift für Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrecht, GesKR).
