Thomas Conlon is the Chair of Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Pension and Employee Benefits Practice Group. Tom is extensively experienced in the design of employee pension and welfare benefit plans, and in matters concerning executive compensation. Tom represents a varied list of clients, including financial service companies, utility companies, and tax-exempt organizations and also represents individual executives in executive compensation matters. Tom advises clients concerning plan compliance and operation, plan amendments, and plan terminations. He also handles all types of executive compensation arrangements and the creation, funding, operation, and termination of Employee Stock Ownership Plans. He has provided guidance on employee benefit and plan issues to clients facing downsizing, lay-offs, mergers, and acquisitions.
