Bio

Lawrence Anderson is a partner in Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Corporate Law, General Business Representation, and Commercial Real Estate and Financing practice groups. From 1999 to 2016 he was the Assistant Managing Partner of the Firm. Larry regularly provides ongoing business planning services and legal counsel to companies concerning operational, management, and strategic decisions. Larry has significant experience in international commercial transactions. He has advised businesses in negotiating and drafting contracts for cross-border business deals and in arranging for financing for such transactions. He also provides counsel to clients with respect to their estate planning and business succession planning.
