Bio

Erica Lawson is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell and is the Chair of Hinman, Howard & Kattell’s Business and Corporate Law Practice Group. Erica concentrates her practice in advising business and corporate clients on all aspects of their operations. Erica has handled formation and organization of business entities including LLCs, LLPs, corporations, professional corporations (P.C.), and not-for-profit corporations. She is part of the HH&K mergers and acquisitions team, and she regularly engages in negotiation and drafting of transaction documents for various complex business transactions. Erica is also well versed in business succession planning and regularly assists clients with their day to day operations, including compliance with corporate formalities and drafting and reviewing of contracts.
