Andrew Dick brings considerable experience and focus in advising companies, investors and individuals on a wide range of business transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, minority investments, private placements and joint ventures. Andrew also counsels startup companies, providing advice on entity formation, capital structuring and early and growth stage financing transactions. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and law degree from NYU Law, Andrew spent several years as a transactional associate at the international law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP. During his time at these esteemed law firms, Andrew advised Fortune 100 companies, private equity and venture capital firms, as well as entrepreneurs and startup companies, on a variety of commercial transactions and general corporate matters. In 2013, Andrew founded Headlands Law Group in order to continue to provide the same top quality legal service in a boutique law firm setting.
