Bio

Jon joined Harper Grey in 2020 as Chief Operating Officer. As the head of Harper Grey’s administrative team, Jon serves on the Practice Management Committee, the executive leadership of the firm. He is responsible for overseeing the business and financial operations of the firm and works directly with the administrative management team to collaboratively assist the firm in achieving its strategic objectives. Jon has extensive experience leading people across different industries and in accounting and audit roles. His expertise includes budget development and forecasting, financial reporting, project management and strategic implementation. Jon also has an interest in ancient history and received a Master’s degree in Classical Archaeology from the University of British Columbia.
