Shad’s practice is focused primarily on real estate and business transactions, corporate formation and governance, as well as trust and estate administration. Shad has represented numerous local businesses in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, and has assisted many individuals and groups involved in real estate matters, start-up business ventures, and managing existing businesses. A native of Orem, Utah, Shad is a 2008 graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in history and political science. He subsequently graduated cum laude from Gonzaga Law School in 2011, where he also served as Business Editor on the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board. Shad is currently enrolled in the Taxation LL.M (Masters of Laws) program at the University of Washington, with graduation expected in 2020.
