Erik’s practice includes estate planning, probate, trust administration, business formation, business and real estate transactions, and contract drafting and review. In helping his clients in these areas, Erik strives to examine each client’s situation carefully, to provide explanations and to draft documents in language that makes sense to clients, and to work toward resolutions that emphasize reasonable agreements over prolonged conflicts.
