Andrew Peken Bio

Andrew Peken is a Partner at HBA. Andrew’s practice includes corporate and transactional matters. This includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity, structured finance, outside general counsel and corporate advisory services. Prior to joining HBA, Andrew worked in the New York office of Weil Gotshal & Manges for nearly a decade, and prior to that he worked in the Sydney office of Allen Allen & Hemsley (now Allens Linklaters). Andrew’s personal interests are sports and travel.
