Michi has over 16 years experience in commercial litigation and arbitration with focus on banking, insurance, employment, intellectual property and commercial law. She has also been involved in significant cases dealing with the Kenyan Public Procurement Law, Tax Review and Constitutional Petitions. Michi regularly represents clients in ICC arbitration proceedings, as well as employment and insurance litigation.
